We have specialized in directional boring since 2003, so you are choosing a professional with experience. When it is not practical to dig up existing surfaces, such as roads and parking lots, or you want minimal disturbance, using boring equipment with a steerable head allows us to install conduits or cables with minimal disturbance to the existing ground.
Many projects require using air pressure, duct rodder, or vacuum to ready conduit for a new or additional service to be installed. We can use the correct method to make sure your new service is correctly installed in new or existing conduit.
There is minimal disruption to the surface, so clean up is minimal. When we’re working in an open area, with little or no interference from existing utilities, Vibratory Plowing is an excellent option. It’s fast, cost-effective, and clean, as we use a vibratory blade to slice through the earth without opening a trench. A chute or bullet blade is used to bury the new service up to 36 inches deep. After the work is finished, all that’s required is a little tamping and raking to get the site looking great again.
A great alternative for smaller utility or conduit installation under roads, driveways, or higher profile areas that minimizes disturbing infrastructure or traffic. It uses a pneumatic “missile,” which is powered by an air compressor, and fed horizontally from an originating hole in the ground to a receiving hole. After the hole is bored, a conduit is installed or your service directly placed.
Utilizing a trencher, backhoe, or excavator, this is a very efficient method when installing any size or amount of pipes but will result in more extensive cleanup procedure.
Utilizing a trencher, backhoe, or excavator, this is a very efficient method when installing any size or amount of pipes but will result in more extensive cleanup procedure. Once we’ve buried the pipe, or pipes to required depth, and the installation is done, we need to backfill the trench, tamp and complete required surface restoration. This is often the preferred method if utility requires concrete encasement, racking of any sort, depth inspections, or the use of multiple conduits.
